    Can’t recommend enough! Michael is a fantastic PT, works so hard and is really empowering, I’ve really gained my confidence with fitness back since training with him 1-1 and in the classes.

    The group classes are really good, pushes you hard but the energy amongst the group is great and everyone is really nice and encouraging! I love being part of the P&N community!

    Been doing circuit classes for a few weeks now and I can say its a great class, michael brings the energy and pushes you throughout and along with the others friendly group members it bring great fun, you feel you have accomplished alot and feel great 👍🏻
