    I have been having 1-1 sessions with Michael for over 5 months now. Starting with 2 sessions a week and rising to 3 in the last 2 months. Since the beginning he has tailored my training to suit my needs and preferences. Having had a hernia operation in 2022, I had struggled with core strength and lost a lot of my physicality and confidence. On this journey, Michael has supported me through using lots of encouragement and motivation and is always pushing me to be my best! We have had brilliant results, not just physically, but mentally too. I feel a lot stronger, more confident, and have much more energy. Thanks for your continued support Michael.

    I recently had the pleasure of working with a personal trainer Mike at his local gym for both group classes and one-on-one sessions. I can't say enough good things about the positive experience I had with them.

    First of all, the personal trainer Mike was extremely knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to understand my fitness goals and created a customised workout plan to help me achieve them. They were also very attentive during our one-on-one sessions, always pushing me to do my best while ensuring that I was using proper form to prevent injury.

    In the group classes, the personal trainer Mike was also a fantastic motivator. They kept the energy high and the workouts fun, making every session something to look forward to. They were able to push me out of my comfort zone and challenge me in new ways, helping me to see progress and improvement in my strength and endurance.

    Overall, working with this personal trainer Mike has been a game-changer for me. I have seen significant improvements in my fitness level and am much happier with my overall health. I highly recommend working with a personal trainer at Class Gym for anyone looking to take their fitness to the next level.

    I’m a spin and Pilates girl who, until 3 months ago, hadn’t stepped foot on a gym floor in 10 years. Without Mike, I would’ve given up at least 2 months ago, but he motivates and pushes me, even on the days where I turn up feeling tired or negative. I always leave my sessions feeling full of energy and with a sense of achievement! The sessions are varied and tailored to me and my progression, so I don’t even have the chance to get bored, and Mike is constantly pushing me outside of my comfort zone, with no time to allow that little voice inside that tells you, you can’t do it! I’m learning so much about form and technique and Mike is great at adapting on the spot when I’m struggling with old injuries, etc. He’s helped me build the confidence to be able to step on a gym floor on my own, but I don’t think I’ll be doing that anytime soon as I absolutely love my 1:1 sessions with the gym space to myself and where I don’t have to even think about or plan the exercises! I’m seeing great results already, both mentally and physically - I’m building strength and lifting weights I never thought I had in me. I can’t wait to see how far we can go in the next few months!
